We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Coordinator to organize and
process technical information to and be an expert resource for AISIN Aftermarket
internal customers, including our engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Mechanical ability and ability to read drawings
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes is required.
• Expert usage of Microsoft tools is required, including in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Planning, organization, and detail orientated.
• Analytical ability required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using Database software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and troubleshoot test programs, investigate and implement part/specification changes from Japan.
• Support and troubleshoot test equipment. Develop assembly and disassembly tooling.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for new models (TIN, technical documentation)
• Troubleshooting / problem solving support for manufacturing, tester set up for new models (tester attachments, harnesses, modifications, etc).
• Coordinate machine layouts w/ management and test spec maintenance using technical information from Japan.
• Launch preparation planning for new products.
• AT special investigations
• Support job related visits from Japan
