Ideal candidates are engineers with construction management experience in large municipal capital improvement programs utilizing a Design-Bid-Build delivery mechanism. Experience in managing and collaborating on large joint venture projects and water infrastructure projects is preferred. The Engineering Construction Manager will represent the DWM and supervise the construction of various CIP projects.
