As part of our Engineering Services team, you will deliver mission-critical services that enable RCCTO to develop and deploy rapid innovative solutions for the warfighter. In an Engineering discipline, you will support Technical Planning, Systems Engineering, Risk Mitigation, and Test and Evaluation services for successful RCCTO outcomes. People First. Responsibilities

  • Provide expert analysis, design, and evaluation of systems and technologies to support military operations, ensuring that engineering solutions align with mission requirements and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Apply systems engineering principles on the integrated development and management of complex defense systems by applying a systematic approach to design, analysis, testing, and lifecycle management, ensuring that systems meet performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness requirements.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage potential risks associated with defense systems and operations, implementing strategies to minimize vulnerabilities and ensure mission success through proactive planning and continuous monitoring.
  • Support the management the documentation, control, and maintenance of system configurations throughout their lifecycle, ensuring consistency, traceability, and compliance with requirements to enhance operational integrity and reliability.
  • Supports the coordination and unification of diverse systems and components to ensure they function together effectively, optimizing performance and interoperability to support complex military operations and mission requirements.
  • Executes the systematic assessment and validates the performance, reliability, and suitability of defense systems through rigorous testing and analysis, ensuring that they meet specified requirements and are ready for operational deployment.
