About The Position

Responsible for client engagement, business development, and technical support for electrical products in manufacturing and industrial construction projects. Combines technical knowledge of electrical systems with expertise in Materials Science & Engineering to analyze and apply material properties (e.g., conductivity, heat resistance, durability, corrosion resistance) to product selection and client solutions. Provides specification-driven recommendations on products such as power cables, cable trays, and related components, helping clients ensure reliability, safety, and compliance while overseeing team activities and supporting company growth in advanced sectors such as EV battery plant construction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Materials Science & Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
  • 2 years + of progressive experience in engineering, R D, technical sales, or business development within the electrical, construction, or manufacturing industries.
  • Solid understanding of the EV battery sector and its applications is strongly preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in evaluating and optimizing industrial electrical products such as power cables and cable management systems
  • 2 years of experience with key industry standards (UL, IEEE, ISA, NEMA) and their application to electrical systems and construction projects
  • Demonstrated capability to combine technical consultation with strategic business development.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and project coordination abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Korean communication is considered a valuable asset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and business development for electrical products in manufacturing and industrial construction projects.
  • Analyze and apply material properties (e.g., conductivity, heat resistance, durability, corrosion resistance) to product selection and client solutions.
  • Offer specification-driven recommendations on products such as power cables, cable trays, and related components to help clients ensure reliability, safety, and compliance.
  • Develop customer partnerships by delivering engineering guidance, product insights, and customized solutions.
  • Assist clients in interpreting project requirements through a materials-performance lens, offering solutions that enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Apply knowledge of material properties to evaluate and recommend electrical products, ensuring alignment with client specifications, performance requirements, and industry standards.
  • Prepare business forecasts and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Conduct market and sales analysis, generate reports, and recommend improvements to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with external sales and engineering teams to support contracts with EPCs and industrial clients.
  • Provide specialized knowledge on product applications to aid client decision-making in industrial electrical systems and construction projects.
  • Communicate effectively with international partners, including Korean contractors.
  • Utilize knowledge of industry standards (UL, IEEE, ISA, NEMA, etc.) to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.
  • Coordinate delivery timelines, monitor availability, and resolve issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
