About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Engineering Associate – Database Operations & Automation to join the Chief Technology Office (CTO) aligned to Enterprise Database Management. This role supports centralized database operations across all lines of business. This entry‑level role provides hands‑on experience applying software engineering, automation, and data analysis concepts to support reliable, AI‑enabled database operations in a large‑scale, regulated environment. As part of the team, the associate will assist with AI‑driven analysis, SQL‑based data curation, and automation workflows to support database lifecycle activities such as provisioning, monitoring, performance validation, backup and recovery checks, and data quality controls. The role offers exposure to modern database technologies, operational tooling, and enterprise engineering standards while working closely with senior analysts and engineers.
