Summary of Role: As a Test Engineer, responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing test methodologies to support device modeling and technology development. Focused on optimizing and automating test processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in compact modeling and technology advancement

Requirements

  • Education – Graduating with Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited degree program.
  • Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
  • Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)

  • Prior related internship or co-op experience.
  • Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
  • Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.

  • Strong planning & organizational skills
  • Ability to understand complex measurements
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues with test equipment, test programs and devices

Responsibilities

  • Understanding of DC/CV and RF tests
  • Ability to learn SmallTalk or other programming languages used for DMACS
  • Ability to communicate and produce documentation regarding test methodologies.
  • Ability to debug tests and test equipment for root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Able to understand and communicate test data to requesters.
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
