About This Role: The Networking Engineering team at Crusoe designs, builds, and deploys the critical network infrastructure that powers our AI-optimized cloud. The team owns connectivity across the edge, backbone, and data center fabrics to ensure high-performance networking for GPU-intensive workloads. They focus on large-scale network deployment, capacity expansion, and operational excellence, bringing new infrastructure online while maintaining reliability across a globally distributed footprint.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Networking, or a related field, with a graduation date between December 2025 or Spring 2026.
  • Networking Knowledge: Solid understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals and the networking stack.
  • Scripting Skills: Proficiency in scripting with languages such as Python, Golang, or similar, focusing on automation.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork abilities, with a fast-learning mindset and adaptability across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a foundational understanding of production networks and their complexities.
  • Learn about common deployment challenges faced by the Network deployment team and explore ways to automate those workflows.
  • Design and develop tools to streamline network deployment.
  • Collaborate with the Tools and Observability team to understand how production-scale tools are built and maintained.
