Perform L2/L3 support for ServiceNow platform issues, enhancements, and upgrades. Manage user roles, groups, ACLs, and domain separation configurations. Monitor platform performance, conduct health checks, and optimize system operations. Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow Studio. Implement and enhance modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Portal. Develop and maintain HRSD solutions including HR Case Management, Onboarding, and HR Integrations. Architect and implement solutions across ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping), HRSD, CSM, GRC (Risk, Policy & Compliance), and SecOps (Security Incident & Vulnerability Response). Lead integration efforts with third-party systems using web services Deliver Performance Analytics dashboards and reports aligned with business KPIs. Conduct workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and best practices. Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and process improvement. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants.
