About The Position

Photronics, Inc., is looking for a Lithography Engineer to join our world class reticle manufacturing team in Boise, Idaho. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of the photomask and/or semiconductor manufacturing process, be comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and ideally have previous reticle and/or wafer lithography experience. Must be able to execute in a complex, high performance photomask manufacturing environment to enhance cycle time, improve yield, and manage costs while striving for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Ability to interface with and effectively communicate across multiple teams
Statistical Process Control (SPC) experience: collecting data, interpreting control charts, defining OCAP, and setting control limits
Usage of quality-related tools and concepts such as 8D, FMEA, fishbone, 5-why, etc.
Experience with working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Ability to solve issues through root cause analysis methods. Using quality-related tools and concepts such as 8D, FMEA, fishbone, 5-why etc.
Ability to exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Experience in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, C++ or C, Matlab, Perl
Experience in mask or wafer lithography, metrology, or OPC design
Experience in leading and/or working in high technical function groups to resolve process, lithography, or pattern design issues
Must be results oriented
Ability to remain focused in a busy, multi-tasking environment
Ability to prioritize workload and provide on-time deliverables
Willingness to work off-hours in support of critical manufacturing needs
If applicable, be willing to apply for DOD Secret clearance
BS, MS in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Material Science is required.
Prefer 5+ years of related experience.
