This position requires a highly analytical individual possessed of theoretical knowledge capable of multi-tasking and making data-based decisions in a high pace environment. In this position, the preferred candidate will be expected to produce data and documentation that accurately reflects component design intent. The employee will, on a continuous basis, participate on one or more multi-disciplinary teams where they are expected to be able to communicate effectively requirements, metrics and status in a clear and concise manner. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Manufacturing field with 2+ years of relevant experience OR Experience with GD&T
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • An ability to perform simple to moderate tolerance analysis.
  • Strong NX modeling skills, experience with large assembly modeling a plus.
  • Strong communication and teaming skills.
  • Familiarity with Model Based Definition.
  • Good presentation crafting and presenting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team to meet and maintain program deliverables.
  • Initiate or support technical meetings and assist subject matter experts to create and maintain parametric 3D models and related configurations.
  • Work with senior staff to prepare and monitor program requirements, budgets and schedules.
