About The Position
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport is looking to add a Maintenance Engineer III. We're near to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and the Link Light Rail Station. An Engineer III is a very hands-on type of position so if you like to work with your hands, this is the position for you. Our property has 850 guest rooms with 40,954 square feet of banquet space and 26 meeting rooms. Shift Pattern: Overnight (11pm-7am) weekends and holidays included Pay Rate: $24.29, upon 90 days of job completion rate becomes $26.99.
Requirements
- One (1) year of exceptional customer service background.
- Previous hands on electrical/plumbing working knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility including, but not limited to, guest rooms, public space and heart-of-house areas.
- Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment.
- Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work and masonry.
- Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs.
- Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention.
