About The Position

Advanced Metal Industries and Toho Titanium (ATTM), is a private company operating within the materials sector focusing on specialty chemicals. An exciting opportunity is available for (Engineer II, Reliability ) based in KSA > Yanbu. Who will report directly to Superintendent, Reliability & Eng . Summary: To ensure the reliability and availability of major Instrument equipment, critical Instrument systems by reviewing the design and updating all maintenance strategies. Monitor data of major critical equipment & systems, analyze all data and improve the repairing techniques with ensuring the quality of maintenance efforts. To lead & facilitate RIS analysis on the company’s selected system. To work as focal point for all RIS Activity and Ensure the implementation & Effectiveness of RIS recommendations and to update all analysis to achieve AMIC-TOHO Reliability KPI’s and implementation of reliability best practices and evaluate new technology and new ideas to continuously improve reliability of the plant’s assets. You will be responsible for: Documents and communications assigned activities with timely identification and tracking. Reviews basic inspection work ensuring the relevant engineering requirements are adhered to with the required assistance. Maintains high HSE standards and seeks to ensure a healthy, safe work environment and always working practices Participates in technical issues with stakeholders addressing multifaceted problems and escalate with proposed resolution. Monitors and analyses relevant data and identify changes that can improve one area with an engineering function. Troubleshoots and resolve unit problems in their area of responsibility with guidance as needed. Monitors and reports daily assignment to senior level engineers and routinely updates records within established procedures. Perform tasks defined in scope and complexity applying engineering knowledge to relevant codes, regulations and standards. Developments require engineering supporting documentation and plans as directed by senior level engineers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Instrument Engineering, control system Engineering or Equivalent
  • 3 years’ experience with Degree or 8 years’ experience with Diploma is desirable
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Reliability-related software (e.g., SAP, Meridiam, RCA software)
