About The Position

As a Reliability Engineer II here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will lead
initiatives to enhance the reliability, availability, and maintainability of
chemical plant equipment. This includes developing and implementing strategies
for maintenance, analyzing equipment failures, and driving continuous
improvement through data-driven insights and a proactive approach to
problem-solving

You will report directly to our Reliability Manager, and you’ll work out of our
Geismar, LA location on 9/80 work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Define, track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Lifecycle Cost
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive reliability improvements and incorporate reliability in all phases of the equipment lifecycle
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address underlying causes of equipment failures
• Ensure all reliability activities comply with environmental, safety and regulatory requirements. Promote a culture of reliability and safety excellence.
