About The Position

Responsible for managing and optimizing physical infrastructure. Will assess facility requirements, design operational systems and oversee maintenance schedules to ensure a safe and cost-effective work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs for critical systems, including HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Identify and implement energy-saving and sustainability programs to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
• Lead facility reconfiguration, upgrades, renovations, layout alterations, equipment installations and other engineering projects from initial design and cost estimation through design managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with external contractors, suppliers, and service providers for specialized maintenance and construction tasks.
• Provide engineering expertise for troubleshooting complex equipment failures and infrastructure issues.
• Maintain and calibrate environmental controls, such as temperature, humidity and airflow, for cleanrooms and specialized production areas to meet aerospace quality standards.
• Support Environmental Health and Safety programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
