They need someone embedded with them to drive real outcomes: sitting in strategy sessions, translating goals into a practical SEO and AEO roadmap, and delivering tangible work that the customer team can use immediately. We are hiring a Senior Engagement Manager to expand this function. This role is hands-on and output-driven, owning scoped deliverables for customers who have purchased expanded services. You’ll be a specialized resource that our Strategic Account Managers leverage as an SME and partner.
