About The Position

The Role In this role, you will help manage the relationship with multiple Life Sciences clients through platform implementation, on going support, and expansion. You will directly impact patients’ lives through technology that accelerates their access to life-saving therapies. Your enthusiasm and diligence will cement Courier Health’s reputation as a best-in-class vendor partner. As a foundational member of our Client Solutions team, you will have influence over the team’s growth, product evolution, and service offerings.

Requirements

  • Inspired by our mission to improve healthcare through technology
  • 6-10 years of professional services experience in SaaS delivery, customer success, or account management or at a strategic consulting organization
  • Experience managing complex projects for enterprise clients, preferably across multiple in parallel
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Team player that thrives working with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable presenting to executives and large groups
  • Analytical mindset, with consistent attention to detail
  • Independent, ambitious and enjoys taking initiative
  • Experience in, or willingness to learn about, the rare disease/specialty pharma ecosystem, patient journey, and technology
  • High energy and passion for our clients and the success of their patients

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare technology or services
  • Experience with data technologies such as SQL or the AWS Console
  • Proficiency in Excel analysis

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery, timelines, tasks, and communication related to platform implementation and maintenance
  • Advise clients on Patient Services and Field Access strategy based on data analysis, past experience, and cross-client patterns
  • Build trust and credibility with client leadership teams, as well as software users
  • Generate awareness & excitement for business results and the impact of using the Courier platform
  • Identify opportunities for relationship growth and expansion
  • Provide on going platform support and translate client feedback for new product functionality
  • Balance competing priorities across multiple clients and workstreams
  • Proactively surface insights for client programs or Courier product strategy
