About The Position

You will be responsible for defining timelines, resources, risks, and governance while translating technical complexity into actionable business insights. Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in project, program, or delivery management for SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across technical and business stakeholders (IT, Security, Operations, Business Owners).
  • Strong knowledge of software delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, Waterfall) and when to apply each.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Wrike, Smartsheet) and collaboration platforms (Coda, Confluence, Notion, Miro).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent, global, and distributed projects.
  • Consulting mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to independently manage priorities, analyze complex issues, and drive results in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end engagement delivery, from pre-sale discovery to go-live and transition to Customer Success.
  • Lead project planning, including timelines, resourcing, dependencies, and risk management across internal and partner teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance on technical, operational, and commercial decisions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Onboarding, Solution Architecture, Product, Success) to ensure seamless deployment.
  • Manage governance, reporting, and change management, including steering committees, UAT, and post-go-live reviews.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
  • Track and report on deployment KPIs, milestones, and resource utilization to inform planning and continuous improvement.
