About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of payment transformation programs across multiple business units. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in payment systems and strong leadership skills to drive modernization initiatives and ensure compliance with global standards. Program Leadership: Define and execute the roadmap for payment modernization, including digital wallets, real-time payments, and automated reconciliation. Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the SME for payment workflows across policy issuance, claims, and premium collections. Cross-Functional Management: Lead teams across technology, operations, finance, and compliance to deliver complex programs. Vendor Management: Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and integration of third-party payment platforms. Delivery Oversight: Ensure milestones, budgets, and KPIs are met across global projects. Compliance & Risk: Guarantee adherence to global payment regulations (PSD2, PCI-DSS, AML/KYC). Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to optimize payment touchpoints and present program updates to executive leadership. Customer Experience: Champion customer-centric payment experiences across digital channels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in payment systems, digital payment platforms, and financial operations.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance lifecycle and how payments intersect with policy, claims, and finance.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as OneInc, Stripe, Adyen, or similar.
  • Familiarity with ACH, SWIFT, SEPA, card networks, and emerging fintech integrations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications preferred.
