About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned Analytics & Insights Lead with a strong consultative mindset and experience in the QSR/restaurant domain. This role is highly client-facing and requires the ability to assess enterprise performance frameworks, generate actionable insights, and partner with executive and functional leaders to drive data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, insights, BI, or consulting roles
  • Strong exposure to the QSR/restaurant or food services domain (preferred)
  • Proven ability to define and operationalize KPI frameworks at an enterprise level
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership
  • Strong consultative approach with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders
  • Client-ready presence with experience leading executive discussions and interviews
  • Experience with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end analytics and insights engagements for QSR/restaurant clients, with a focus on enterprise performance management and decision support
  • Conduct comprehensive as-is assessments of existing enterprise KPIs to evaluate relevance, effectiveness, and gaps
  • Partner with executive leadership to define critical metrics for enterprise-level oversight and collaborate with functional leaders to cascade and operationalize KPIs across the organization
  • Benchmark KPIs against QSR/restaurant industry best practices and peer organizations to identify improvement opportunities
  • Define and implement a standardized KPI hierarchy spanning enterprise (executive) and functional domains such as Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations
  • Collaborate with client teams to identify required data elements, assess data availability and quality, and ensure KPI feasibility
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Own client communication, including executive readouts, workshops, and ongoing stakeholder engagement
  • Develop and deliver crisp, impactful presentations for senior audiences
  • Collaborate with internal data engineering, BI, and data science teams to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Support pre-sales activities, including client interviews, solution shaping, and proposal development
  • Define, own, and drive the analytics roadmap, aligning data initiatives with business priorities and ensuring a clear path from data to measurable business impact
  • Establish standard data analytics practices, including governance, reporting standards, and insight generation frameworks, to ensure consistency, scalability, and quality across analytics deliverables
