Under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Facilities, the incumbent is responsible for the planning, administration, and successful execution of assigned construction and operational projects within a dynamic hotel and casino environment. This role oversees projects spanning renovations, capital improvements, promotions, and system implementations, ensuring alignment with operational goals and enhanced guest experience. The Project Manager coordinates cross-functional efforts, manages project timelines and budgets, and ensures all initiatives are delivered efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining a strong focus on quality, operational continuity, and guest satisfaction.
