About The Position
Enforcement ambassadors provide customer service to residents, visitors and tourists for the Surfside Beach area and provide information pertaining to parking regulations and are responsible for enforcing parking regulations via digital citations.
Requirements
- Being able to work outdoors
- Moderate levels of standing, walking and sitting while driving golf cart or other vehicle.
- Visual acuity to operate vehicles/golf carts and to see information on iPhone screens regarding parking payments.
- Candidate must be able to handle high stress situations and to clearly express or exchange information pertaining to parking regulations verbally in an acceptable customer service level.
- Must have clean driving record as driving record and background check will be completed.
