The Training Manager is responsible for managing and delivering training and professional development for Energy Program Staff and for coordinating the Regional Training Center in this mid-level, hands-on working management role. The Trainer may perform all tasks of all other Field jobs (Tech, Energy Audit, HVAC, QCI) for the installation of measures that save money, make homes more comfortable and help the environment. The Trainer focuses primarily on field training, coaching and mentoring to help ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently to Colorado Energy Office (CEO) or Energy Outreach Colorado (EOC) or other program partners Standard Work Specification (SWS) or Standards.
