About The Position

This role is located on-site in Oklahoma City EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED FOR ENDPOINT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR: Manages the documentation, implementation, and administration of Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro and HP print management software on various systems to include desktop PC and Mac devices, laptops, tablets and printers. Provide advanced level troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, including interfaces with external devices (docking stations, printers, digital displays, scanners, etc. Makes recommendations for new endpoints and services to purchase. Works with various vendors for advanced troubleshooting. Perform on-site and remote technical support. Assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources. Maintains excellent communication with the manager on all tasks and projects. Creates and maintains good technical documentation. May provide emergency on-call support on a rotating schedule. Must be at least 21 years of age with no more than 2 moving violations and 1 chargeable accident within the last three years. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS: To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion. Requirements
