Your Future Team An Endpoint Productivity Applications Associate is responsible for maintaining and supporting an organization’s enterprise application suite. They ensure that all desktop computers, laptops, tablets, applications and mobile devices operate efficiently and securely. Additionally, they troubleshoot technical issues related to software applications. This is a contract position onsite in Houston, TX Monday- Thursday, Fridays are work from home. The position offer a base pay of $40-$45/hour.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience in managing Apple OS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise device management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF or similar tools.
  • Ability to support structured project work and manage competing priorities
  • Familiarity with desktop support software and tools
  • You are a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Support Apple PC device management migration activities, including device enrollment.
  • Assist with testing, policy validation, and deployment readiness of Apple PC device.
  • Configure and maintain desktop hardware and operating systems.
  • Deploy software applications and updates.
  • Monitor system performance and optimize desktop environments.
  • Provide technical assistance to end-users regarding software applications.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and resolve user inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application functionality.
  • Implement security measures for desktops and applications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular security audits.
  • Maintain accurate records of software licenses and hardware inventory.
  • Create user documentation and conduct training sessions.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices.
