About The Position

You’ll get to work directly with seasoned End User Technology professionals and learn how they keep our business running smoothly and efficiently. Our comprehensive internship will provide you with all the tools and training you need to launch your career. There’s no coffee grabbing or mindlessly making photocopies here! You’ll get hands-on client experience, gain technical knowledge, and learn all about our ‘Great People First’ culture while building lasting relationships with your peers and firm leaders – all invested in YOU. Day in the Life: Provide technical support related to computer systems, hardware, and software by answering users' questions, addressing system and user issues, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Assisting in computer set up for new employees and computer swaps. Work directly on projects that affects the whole firm, with the support of a tight knit and collaborative team Exposed to a wide range of IT systems and processes Attend weekly and project based meetings Establish relationships with peers, mentors, and teammates via client work, firm events, and internship program experiences Develop and improve technical and professional skills by receiving and utilizing frequent feedback Participate in various firm-wide initiatives, such as business development, recruitment, DEI, community service – whatever area you’re passionate about! Internship Commitments: Internship Length: Early June - end-July 2026 (potential for extension into the fall based on performance and business needs) Internship Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) Pencils Down Week: One week off for all employees to recharge (subject to change; unpaid for interns).

Requirements

  • Degree: Pursuing Bachelor’s
  • Major(s): Information Technology, Computer Networking, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related
  • Strong customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Year in School: Junior or Senior
  • Coursework: Microsoft Desktop and Server Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Computer Hardware (CompTIA A+)
  • GPA: Minimum 3.0
