RIS I is responsible for the delivery of regional IT services to the end user. We offer support to end user devices including desktops, laptops, workplace peripherals, and voice and video devices. We support local and campus area networks, including wireless and cable plant. We are seeking a Senior System Engineer to join our End User Services team at AT&T. This role focuses on managing and improving our desktop system environment, particularly end-user devices. You will work with management to assess hardware specifications and system requirements, and develop practical solutions for hardware components like workstations, laptops, monitors, printers, and user interface devices. Your responsibilities will include preparing functional requirements for hardware purchases, creating and managing test plans, and addressing operational hardware issues to ensure our solutions meet user needs. Additionally, you will develop installation guides, field test procedures, and troubleshooting guides. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, have strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate good communication and collaboration abilities. This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
