About The Position

The End User Services Technician serves as the secondary IT End User Services Support technician for the Groveport, Ohio location. This individual’s primary responsibility is the ownership of tier-two through tier-three level troubleshooting of the environment and the forward-looking strategy and architecture of the desktop environment of tomorrow. This individual will focus on the maintenance and support of our back office and warehouse and floor computing environments, development and delivery of superior customer service initiatives. The individual will also provide support of the server and storage and network environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience including but not limited to desktop engineering experiences, analyzing, designing, building and deploying desktop solutions into a warehouse environment
  • 5+ years of customer service experience troubleshooting end-user technology in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong documentation and training skills
  • Use of Windows (Windows 10, Windows 11, Server) including but not limited to minor and general Windows service administration, system reboots
  • Proficient in leveraging Microsoft Intune to manage both Computers and Mobile Devices
  • Experience with leveraging ServiceNow to document IT based requests
  • Experience with some minor networking support functions, (i.e., cabling and patching of switch ports)
  • Experience with some Cloud administration and Office 365 is required for this role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening and questioning skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills including follow-through/ups
  • Candidates must have strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site support for at least 200 End-users in a rapidly growing environment
  • Provide level 2 & 3 face to face support for issues that include Network Connectivity, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Lenovo Hardware, Zebra RF devices, A/V Setups, etc.
  • Responsible for working and logging all support-related tickets into our IT instance of ServiceNow
  • Work directly with Warehouse workers, Line Workers, Guests and Corporate and IT personnel daily
  • Assist with the management of all IT assets
  • Work on project/task-based work annually
  • Continually work on updating and providing new documentation as needed
  • Uphold and enforce company IT policies, securities and best practices
  • Flexible schedule (including nights, weekends and some holidays)
