Part of a larger team delivering high quality Computer, Network, Storage and End-User Infrastructure technology solutions, on-going support to the business. Independently completes infrastructure project assignments. Plan, research, evaluate, design, and engineer the enterprise's technology infrastructure. Provide technical support and troubleshooting, cost estimates, justifications, and recommendations. Produces technical documentation, support and configuration. Manage, plan, and maintain technical platforms including upgrading systems. Monitor system performance and installs and configures hardware. Responsible for collaborating with other Job Families such as Project Managers, Architects, Solution Engineers, Technicians, Business Analysts to deliver consistent, reliable technology solutions that leverage AEP's technology standards, architectures and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
  • Knowledge of Citrix, SCCM, Intune, and JAMF technologies

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient in Intune/MECM or JAMF
  • Experience with Citrix DaaS or Citrix NetScaler
  • Strong Scripting skills
  • Strong understanding of multi-site non-persistent and persistent EUC environments.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with virtualization operations and engineering teams to gather requirements, develop, and deploy end user compute services
  • Maintain and Troubleshoot Endpoint Management platforms (e.g., Intune, SCCM and Jamf Pro)
  • Contribute to the organization's technology plan, ensuring effective integration of network security infrastructure, work with technology teams and vendors for comprehensive solutions.
  • Design, upgrade, and troubleshoot the end user compute environment based on capacity needs; stay informed on industry trends to deliver high-quality technology on schedule.
  • Implement tools for configuration management, service provisioning, inventory and resource management, process automation, and self-service.
