About The Position

About the Role: Responsible for working as part of a team that supports the delivery of technology services to the organization and ensuring an appropriate level of service is delivered.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to process adherence.
  • Team-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all IT support requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve common hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Accurately log, prioritize, and manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2/3 support teams.
  • Support Windows and macOS devices, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
  • Assist users with account access, password resets, MFA, and identity management.
  • Support collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and VPN solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned
