Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain transfromation, with at least 5 years in a consulting or advisory role.
  • Proven experience in management consulting analysis, assessments, roadmaps, and design phases
  • Strong understanding of integrated business planning (IBP), demand/supply planning, and inventory optimization.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with planning tools such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, or Blue Yonder.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or relevant Master’s preferred).
  • Ability to travel upto 75% (or as needed) to client site
