Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech End-to-End Planning Lead Analyst to oversee daily demand management activities and drive service and inventory performance across global value streams. This role will be accountable for E2E planning activities, ensuring optimized product flow from suppliers through manufacturing and delivery to customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of supply chain experience in medical devices, consumer goods, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Hands-on experience with planning, inventory, order management, and MRP systems.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP/JDE) and advanced planning tools (OMP) preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence in a matrix environment and lead cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish.

Nice To Haves

  • Green Belt Six Sigma certification.
  • Process Excellence or CPIM/IBF certification.
  • Knowledge of statistics, predictive analytics, and continuous improvement tools.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise planning team members (individual contributors and supervisors).
  • Oversee demand, supply, and inventory planning through the IBP process.
  • Align cross-functional teams including Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain to support forecast accuracy and planning decisions.
  • Implement planning strategies, business rules, and multi‑echelon inventory processes.
  • Manage demand plans, analyze forecast quality, and escalate risks as needed.
  • Support product lifecycle management, including new product launches and rationalizations.
  • Monitor and improve KPIs such as MAPE, BIAS, OTIF‑D, Inventory Days, and Safety Stock.
  • Drive issue resolution across the value stream and collaborate with global partners during periods of short supply.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company policies.
