Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting specialized, technical, or highly skilled user communities
• 5+ years of experience leading teams or workstreams with responsibility for timelines and deliverables
• Ability to understand conceptual technical information and apply it in practical contexts
• Ability to work independently in fast-moving or ambiguous environments
• Public Trust
• Bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, Computational Engineering, Informatics, AI, or Computer Science

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with users who rely on complex tools or data-driven workflows
• Experience working with scripting or analytical workflows
• Experience driving technology adoption
• Experience supporting teams involved in specialized services, training pathways, or knowledge-sharing activities
• Possession of excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including comfort working with senior stakeholders
• Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Data Science, Public Heath Informatics, Computer Science, Communications, or Health IT
