What makes an Merchant Onboarding Specialist: The Merchant Onboarding Specialist role is responsible for efficiently and accurately onboarding new merchants to the American First Finance program. This position works directly with merchants, sales representatives, technology partners, and internal resources key to the merchant onboarding process. The onboarding role is fundamentally a process-oriented position that requires a high level of customer service, communication, and attention to detail. This role is faster than average pace, and requires an efficient, ambitious individual who is both team-oriented and capable of working independently.
