About The Position

Maleda Tech is seeking an Enablement Program Manager to support a fast-growing Experiences business within a global marketplace environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales enablement expertise with the ability to build scalable onboarding and upskilling programs for customer-facing teams. In this role, you will support internal teams responsible for acquiring, growing, and retaining high-quality experience partners across global markets. You will create training content, toolkits, e-learning materials, and enablement resources that help teams ramp quickly, perform effectively, and adapt to evolving business needs. This is a strong fit for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working in ambiguity, and able to translate business goals into clear, practical learning experiences. The ideal candidate brings a blend of enablement rigor, content creation skills, and comfort using AI-powered tools to create and scale materials efficiently.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, program management, learning and development, or a related field
  • Proven experience building or managing onboarding and training programs from start to finish
  • Strong ability to support customer-facing teams such as acquisition, sales, account management, or operations teams
  • Experience working cross-functionally and leading initiatives across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to translate strategy into practical, high-quality training content and execution plans
  • Comfort creating polished materials independently, including presentations, guides, and learning assets
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and modern workflows that improve speed, customization, and content creation at scale
  • Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments with changing priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in marketplace, tech, hospitality, travel, or other high-growth customer-facing environments
  • Background supporting global or distributed teams
  • Familiarity with tools such as GSuite, Salesforce, Excel, Highspot, Adobe, Canva, and Figma
  • Experience supporting both onboarding and ongoing upskilling initiatives
  • Exposure to creator, events, travel, or experience-driven businesses is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and improve enablement programs that support onboarding and ongoing upskilling for acquisition and account management teams
  • Develop and maintain training content, including e-learning modules, toolkits, one-pagers, participation guides, worksheets, videos, and related materials
  • Create structured onboarding journeys that help new team members ramp effectively and track progress over time
  • Support ongoing learning initiatives that improve performance, consistency, and field execution across global teams
  • Organize and maintain content within enablement and content management systems such as Highspot or similar platforms
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, leadership, and other internal stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve enablement programs
  • Translate business updates, product changes, and process information into clear, engaging, and accessible learning materials
  • Track program progress, measure effectiveness, and communicate updates, milestones, and roadmap priorities
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and modern content creation platforms to customize and scale materials across markets
  • Ensure all program documentation and training resources are current, accurate, and easy to access
