We're looking to bring on an Enablement Manager who will assist in case operations within our growing MedMal department by owning much of the administrative and operational work required to move new matters efficiently from intake through Pre Suit. This role will be critical to keeping cases moving. The Engagement Manager will handle the day-to-day coordination, compliance checks, and follow-ups that often slow files down, allowing attorneys and senior case staff to focus on legal strategy and case development. A successful candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable acting as the connective tissue across teams, systems, and regions. This role will be onsite in the Winter Park office located 1560 N Orange Ave Suite 300
