Today, organizational programming focuses on humanitarian and disaster response, community strengthening and resilience, and refugee & immigrant services and advocacy. POSITION SUMMARY: The Employment Specialist plays a key role in empowering newly arrived refugees as they begin building their lives and careers in the community. A central responsibility of this role is working closely with local employers to develop strong, ongoing partnerships that create meaningful employment pathways for clients. This position enrolls clients into employment services, prepares them for job opportunities through coaching and support, coordinates placements, conducts follow‑up to support long‑term success, maintains accurate documentation and data entry, contributes to grant reporting, and supports additional program needs as assigned. Hybrid schedule: Mon-Thurs in office; Friday remote
