VIP, Inc. is looking for an Employment Specialist to join our team in the Murrieta area! In this role, you will connect individuals with disabilities to meaningful employment by building relationships with businesses and advocating for inclusive workplaces. Location: Field-Based Role Throughout Temecula Valley and South Riverside County; Approximately 15% Office-Based in Rancho Cucamonga. Salary: $5,858 - $6,400 per month plus commission for each job placement! People are at the center of our foundation at VIP, Inc. VIP provides clients (individuals with disabilities) vocational training, employment options, and support services to ensure they build the necessary skills to maintain employment. Requirements

  • Three or more years of sales experience (required).
  • One or more years of experience working with individuals with disabilities (required).
  • A strong communicator with the ability to connect with businesses and advocate for clients.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and employer outreach.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Have a reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build partnerships with local businesses to create job opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
  • Market and educate employers on the benefits of hiring from VIPs talent pool.
  • Conduct cold calls and outreach to secure job leads.
  • Assist clients throughout the job search, application, and interview process.
  • Act as a liaison between VIP, clients, and employers to ensure job success.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and provide regular reports.
  • Network at community meetings to promote VIP services.
