About The Position

This is a high-volume, seasonal HR position with opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong Computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be extremely professional, possess a calm attitude, and be able to follow directions
• Accurate data entry/clerical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Ability to engage and work cooperatively within a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred
• Experience in interview techniques and high volume recruitment are preferred
• Experience with ADP a plus
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation training highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Screen and interview candidates
• Scheduling
• Data entry
• Greet visitors
• Cover the front reception counter
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist with orientations
• General administrative support in the Employment Center
• Other duties as assigned
