The Talent Acquisition department at Publix develops and implements strategies to ensure stores, offices, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities are staffed with highly qualified associates. Within the department, the Employment Branding Specialist develops, directs, and manages employment branding and recruitment advertising campaigns to brand Publix as an inclusive employer and great place to work. In Publix's corporate offices, we value in-person interactions, similar to those our store associates have with customers. Many of Publix's corporate offices offer work from home up to two days a week. Each business area implements their policy differently and should be discussed during interviews.
