About The Position

HSS, the world leader in musculoskeletal health, is seeking a high performing client relationship leader. The position will further our mission of “getting people back to what they need and love to do” by managing a portfolio of employer clients and strategic partners. This role will work with the Director of Employer Partnerships to nurture and expand the institution’s presence and value among self-funded employers and strategic partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience working in enterprise level account management/client relationship management with HR/Benefits leaders
  • Success building, maintaining, and expanding executive and decision-maker relationships in Fortune 100 companies
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, quantitative, and qualitative analysis skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
  • This role is hybrid (will work on-site and remote) but must be based in NY-metro area.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Familiarity with a CRM system and an analytics platform, a plus

Responsibilities

  • Relationship management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner organizations and their key stakeholders, including employers, and the vendor ecosystem for employee benefits they rely upon. Proactively anticipate client needs and respond to client requests. Lead regular client meetings and bring in cross-functional partners and subject matter experts based on client interest and opportunity. Facilitate opportunities to drive employee engagement by securing activation opportunities that are mutually beneficial for the partner and HSS.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal departments like sales, marketing, product, and operations to ensure partnership efforts are aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Reporting and analytics: Track key partnership metrics, analyze performance data, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Strategic planning: Create and execute strategic plans for partnerships, including identifying growth opportunities, developing joint initiatives, and aligning on shared objectives.
  • Partnership development: Proactively identify, research, and recruit new partners whose goals align with the hospital's mission
  • Program implementation and oversight: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery, monitor partner performance, and resolve issues that arise during implementation.
