This role is for an EX Specialist within the Employee Xperience team, supporting daily operations to ensure a consistent and effective employee environment. This hybrid position is based in Minneapolis, requiring one day per week in the HQ office and the remainder remote. The specialist will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across core HR processes and help maintain smooth day-to-day workplace operations. Following a recent Workday go-live in January, the role also involves contributing to maintaining and improving systems and processes that support employees across multiple states. This position combines strong administrative capability with ownership of recurring HR activities and coordination of facilities operations across One10's multi-state office footprint, playing an important role in ensuring both the employee experience and physical workplace environment are organized, consistent, and well-supported.
