Job Summary: The HR & Payroll Employee Support Manager leads the delivery of HR employee and payroll support operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant employee data within the HRIS to enable successful payroll processing. This role does not directly process payroll but is accountable for the quality, controls, and readiness of HR data provided to the payroll team. The Manager drives service excellence, data integrity, and strong cross-functional coordination between HR, HRIS, Payroll, and Operations. This role is based out of our Irving, TX home office and requires a minimum of two days per week in office (typically Tuesday and Thursday). Day to Day: Oversee HR transactional services including onboarding, offboarding, employee data changes, job changes, reporting and leave coordination. The Employee Support Team serves as tier-1 support for HR-related questions, providing guidance on policies, processes, and employee data. Establish and maintain controls to ensure HR transactions are accurately reflected in Oracle HCM, ADP E-Time, and EV6. Ensure data accuracy and alignment across Oracle HCM, ADP E-Time, EV6, and downstream payroll systems. Own HRIS workflows and approvals related to payroll-impacting transactions. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to support data accuracy and payroll readiness. Ensure consistent execution of HR policies and procedures across all locations. Maintain strong data governance, audit trails, and documentation standards. Ensure confidential employee information is handled with discretion and compliance. Support reporting and analytics related to payroll inputs, headcount, and workforce data. Act as an escalation point for complex data or employee transaction issues. Serve as the primary owner of HR data readiness for payroll, ensuring employee data is complete, accurate, and submitted within required payroll timelines. Partner closely with the payroll team to support smooth payroll processing and resolve data-related issues prior to payroll runs. Identify opportunities to streamline HR and Payroll-support processes through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives Lead, coach, and develop a hybrid HR shared services team responsible for HRIS transactions and employee support. Set clear service-level expectations aligned with payroll deadlines. Foster a service-oriented, detail-driven culture focused on accuracy and accountability. About You: 5 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HRIS, and Payroll support analytics. 2 years of experience leading projects or teams within an HRIS or Payroll function. 2 years of experience with supporting ADP E-Time and ADP EV6. 1 year of experience with supporting Oracle HCM. Preferred Bachelor’s degree required with a preference of degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong excel skills, including data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting. Experience in system configuration, integrations, and process automation. Deep understanding of how HR transactions impact payroll outcomes. Proven ability to implement data controls, workflows, and service standards.
