About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Employee Services Coordinator (ESC) for their Quincy, MA office. This role is crucial in a fast-growing industry, focusing on providing compassionate, excellent, and reliable home health care. The ESC will deliver essential services and key functions to both prospective and current field employees, ensuring all compliance and onboarding processes are completed efficiently and with high quality. The position involves managing high-volume administrative and reporting tasks related to field employee onboarding, retention, and overall experience. Established in 1975, BAYADA is a non-profit organization with 31,500 employees, serving 44,000 clients weekly across 21 states, 373 offices, and 5 countries. BAYADA is an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, complying with all state/local mandates, and is celebrating 50 years of service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer products including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills
  • Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions
  • Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephones and assist callers including placing callers into voicemail, process telephone messages and greet visitors
  • Assume responsibility/oversight for personnel file management and coordination
  • Provide essential services and key functions to maintain field employee satisfaction
  • Support hiring activities from application to onboarding, as needed
  • Support the coordination and execution of Home Health Aide training where applicable
  • Be the point of contact, manage required training materials, and schedule skills practice
  • Ensure all required labor postings, including federal & state, are maintained and updated
  • Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor
