About The Position

SUMMARY: The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for handling a broad range of employee relations cases and investigations. This role partners with HRBP’s, leadership, employees and legal to ensure ER matters are handled fair and consistent. Investigate employee relations cases such as policy violations, interpersonal conflicts, performance concerns and workplace behavior issues Conduct structured interviews with employees, managers, and witnesses to gather relevant facts Document findings and recommendations in a clear, objective, and compliant manner Provide guidance to managers on performance management, corrective action, and policy interpretation Identify ER patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement Assist with policy updates and help ensure consistent application across teams and departments Partner with HR teams on engagement initiatives or training needs Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws as well as internal policies. Maintain confidential records and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and discretion. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Three (3) years of employee relations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
  • Highest level of integrity and management of confidential information
  • Strong emotional intelligence to engage with all audiences
  • Knowledge of HR functions and HR information systems
  • MS365 proficient
  • Ability to travel 5% of the time
  • Ability to clear required background check
