The Employee Relations Partner works in close partnership with the People Partner and the Legal teams on a variety of employee relations matters, including performance management, conduct, conflict resolution, and investigations. This role ensures the right balance of risk mitigation, fairness, and consistency, utilizing sound judgment grounded in ER principles and past precedent, while maintaining Aledade’s culture. Aledade, a public benefit corporation founded in 2014, aims to empower independent primary care, having become the largest network in the country. They help practices, health centers, and clinics deliver better care to patients and thrive in value-based care by creating value-based contracts across various health plans, shifting from the traditional fee-for-service model. This work strengthens continuity of care, aligns incentives, and ensures primary care physicians are compensated for keeping patients healthy.
