The Employee Relations Partner works in close partnership with the People Partner and the Legal teams on a variety of employee relations matters, including performance management, conduct, conflict resolution, and investigations to ensure the right balance of risk mitigation, fairness, and consistency is delivered and utilizes sound judgement, grounded in ER principles and based on past precedent and ensuring fairness and consistency, while maintaining Aledade’s culture. Aledade, a public benefit corporation, exists to empower the most transformational part of our health care landscape - independent primary care. Founded in 2014, Aledade has become the largest network of independent primary care in the country, helping practices, health centers and clinics deliver better care to their patients and thrive in value-based care.
