Your Role at Sephora The Employee Relations team acts as a bridge between employees and Sephora with the intent to support the overall employee experience. Through functioning as a neutral resource, the ER team serves to drive consistency and fairness, assess workplace culture, investigate escalated concerns such as workplace discrimination, retaliation, or harassment and provide consultative support. The ER team will continue to support all employees with mediation, dispute resolution, assess the business climate and recommend strategies to consistently improve upon the employee experience at Sephora. Job Summary Reporting into the Sr. Employee Relations Investigator, this role will handle employee relations issues, investigations, and provide subject matter expertise for employee concerns across Retail and Field Support Center (Corporate). Additionally, the ER Investigator will stay current on employment laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of investigations.
