About The Position

Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) Human Resources organization is seeking an experienced Employee Relations and EEO Officer. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Employee Relations Director & EEO Officer serves as the Laboratory’s senior subject matter expert responsible for leading employee relations investigations and ensuring full compliance with federal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) requirements and federal/state laws. This critical leadership role ensures the Laboratory maintains full compliance with federal contractor obligations while upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct, integrity, fairness, and accountability.
