The Staff Meal / Employee Catering Cook is responsible for preparing nutritious, high-quality meals for venue employees, crew members, and support staff. This role focuses on efficient bulk cooking, menu planning, and timely service to ensure all team members are properly fueled during events and daily operations. The position reports directly to the Catering Chef and will assist with premium catering operations once employee meal service responsibilities are complete. The cook works in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and consistency.
