Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
2 years clinical experience
Registered Nurse: AR
Basic Life Support - CPR

Responsibilities

Serve as a critical clinician, safeguarding the well-being of our dedicated staff and fostering a healthy, thriving workplace community through expert assessment and intervention.
Deliver comprehensive occupational health services, including complex pre-employment screenings, immunizations, acute injury assessment and management, case management, and proactive health education for our employees.
Utilizes nursing skills to assess the health of workers during the pre-placement health screen, recognize symptoms and refer as appropriate.
Provides oversight for scope of work per local regulatory requirements
Performs testing procedures, initiates appropriate interventions and referrals
Documents related to services provided.
Maintains and ensures confidentiality with employee health records
Collaborates with interdisciplinary departments including Infection Prevention, Human Resources, Occupational Health and Workers Compensation to ensure regulatory, compliance and CSH policies are met.
